"This is my local restaurant, and even though I've had three negative experiences, I've continued to return periodically, hoping for improvements. The location is excellent, and the interior is nicely designed. The food is acceptable, but somewhat lacking in flavor. The pasta tends to be overcooked, and it's often left sitting on the shelf for a few minutes before being served, which causes it to cool and the sauces to thicken. There seems to be no oversight on the freshness of the lettuce or the ripeness of the vegetables. More importantly, the staff appears overwhelmed. They seem so focused on the operation of the restaurant that they neglect to prioritize the dining experience of their guests. The manager is consistently in a rush and quite brusque. On the plus side, parking is convenient. The house salad can be delicious when made with fresh ingredients, but the quality can vary. In my opinion, this primarily points to a management issue."
