"Another road trip, another Google search for better than average road trip food… and this one was a total score. Delicious food in good size portions, and FRESH. Like, you wait for it to be made, and it is worth every second because they make it from scratch fresh. Refried beans were perfect. Carne asada was seasoned so well, no sauces needed. We did try them, though.The salsas were also delicious the mild green sauce had fresh (there’s that word again) jalapeños blended with awesomeness.Friendly service, nice and clean atmosphere, and the art is worth studying. I wasn’t the only one tonight who was taking pictures of the paintings.If you are vegan, vegetarian or allergic to milk, they have you covered. The meals we got had no cheese, and it wasn’t needed.Want a place to stop for a quick meal on the way to or from St. George or Vegas on I 15? Do yourself a favor and stop at Beaver Tacos.On a side note, Beaver, Utah would be the perfect place for the first west of Texas Buc ee’s. Just sayin’."
