"I ordered the Wagyu-Rind and my sister ordered the angry lobster. wagyu cattle came out immediately, and the waiter said the angry lobster would come immediately, shortly after. a few minutes later the waiter comes by and says it is actually 5-7 minutes, as the kitchen is behind a large table. 20 minutes later, not yet an angry lobster. my party noticed some other tables that ask where it is eating. this time the manager comes by and says they need 2 more minutes as the kitchen is secured due to a big party. here we canceled the lobster order. no apologies from the wut, but the waiter apologised at every opportunity. we wanted to share the wagyu and angry lobster together, but more than 3/4 of our Wagyu order was eaten when my sister decided to cancel the order. I would not recommend this restaurant at all, that of the lack of empathy from the manager and so bad kitchen staff. the management in this restaurant needs some important trainings in customer service. the manager wouldn’t even look at them when they made a complaint and went to any table, asking how their meal was except us. I guess they can’t be empathy or care for their customers’ experience when they come a constant flow of new “tourists” customers every day. we were very excited to try moriomoto asia as we were in the modern hotel in waikiki at the original place in 2013, as we had excellent service and eating. this time I was very disappointed with my experience. morimoto should worry about what kind of employees represent his good names, because this experience would not wish me to visit morimoto asia or the restaurant las vegas."
