"We arrived at the restaurant at 1:50 PM, and after a bit of a wait, the waiter informed us that they were running behind. That was understandable, but we ended up waiting 15 minutes just for our coffee and Diet Coke. Once we ordered, we noticed that other customers who had arrived after us were being served their appetizers (the same ones we had ordered), receiving their main dishes, paying, and leaving before we even got a word from our waiter. The waiter seemed more focused on laughing and chatting with the staff behind the counter. Eventually, our food arrived, along with an apology that the internet had gone down, even though he had taken our order with pen and paper. The food was decent, but the appetizer arrived just before the main course, which took away the excitement. We ended up leaving around 3:20 PM."
