"The restaurant has a bit of an outdated feel, but the food and service (shoutout to Michi) were exceptional. I ordered the steak, which came with three fried prawns, along with soup, salad, and bread. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the baked potato was fresh and hot—I really enjoyed the chives mixed into the sour cream. This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it; I’ll definitely be coming back. On the downside, there was no air conditioning, so it was a bit warm inside, and there was also a persistent fly that wouldn’t leave me alone."

"I visited this diner for lunch on a Saturday and was immediately welcomed by the charming Americana atmosphere, which is one of my favorite aspects of diners. The decor may be classic, but the menu offers a delightful variety of American dishes you would expect at any diner, and the portion sizes are quite generous. I ordered the patty melt and sampled a bit of their Philly cheesesteak; both were very tasty. Our waitress was friendly, though I would have appreciated being checked on more often for refills and the like. On a less positive note, one of the other waitresses, who wasn’t serving our table, came across as somewhat rude, which was a bit off-putting to witness. The diner has decent parking in the attached lot, and there are also nearby side streets for overflow on busy days."

"The food is absolutely fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. However, I've faced some frustration trying to order online or by phone, as they often seem to be closed. I've visited in person twice, and both times the service was excellent. Just this past Monday, we attempted to order around midday, but the restaurant was closed. Now it's Friday at 2:30 PM, and no one is answering the phone, nor are the apps taking orders. It’s confusing to know the right time to call or place an order. We genuinely want to support this restaurant, but it's difficult when their availability is so inconsistent. For these reasons, I'm rating it a 4 out of 5. The food itself deserves a 5 out of 5—if only we could actually get it!"

"I haven't been here in years. I was pretty surprised that the restaurant served great food with great service. I had a corned beef reubin with sweet potato fries. It was a very large portion. It was also really good. I planned on taking half home, but just kept eating. No snack at home tonight! My wife went straight for desert with a cherry pie a la mode. It was also very good. We were happy to discover that they are a 24/7 restaurant. We plan to be back for breakfast, at whatever time that is."

"This is the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. My husband ordered a vegetarian gyro and he really enjoyed it. But I absolutely loved the pizza—it was a Margherita with added artichoke hearts. The avocado salad we had was also excellent. The only thing that could be improved is if they stopped using polystyrene containers."

"Overall, the pizza taste is not bad for the price. However, two out of three times I visited were charged the wrong amount. I don't think this is a mistake. Because the employee who calculated the bill didn't tell me anything until I told him the price was weird. It's a beginner's job that they calculate the wrong total amount. But I've seen them for months and I'm sure they can't make that mistake. It seems deliberate."

"I was taken aback to find maggots, but ironically, I decided to share my thoughts here because I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for 15 years and have never encountered anything that would deter me from doing so. Have they been late? Yes. Have they messed up or missed an order a couple of times in those 15 years? Of course. However, the food has consistently been five-star quality for me, and the staff is incredibly warm and eager to make amends for any mistakes. They feel like family to me. I love their food, but even more, I appreciate their brand and the wonderful people who work there. The woman who took my order today was delightful. I highly recommend this place!"

"For appetizers, my sister and I ordered the grilled chicken caesar salad, which was perfectly portioned. Our waitress, Teagan, was very patient and made some great suggestions for us. I had the Greek panini with onion ring potato salad, while my sister had the gyro with French fries and coleslaw. The food came out promptly despite the busy atmosphere, and I would rate our meals 8/10. With over 40 menu options, I will definitely be coming back. I would also like to thank the other waiters, Teresa and Anastasia, for their helpfulness and kindness. Leo's Cafe is truly a fantastic spot for family breakfast or brunch."

"Very hit or miss. Some days the bagels are dense, moist and chewy and some days they're airy and dry as dust. Depending on who's making the sandwiches, they can be delicious or disgusting. Today's was so bad I felt compelled to write this review. Just seems like they don't care about their customers at all or are lazy or cheap or all of the above.. I'd recommend walking a few an extra blocks for a better and consistent experience."

"We are happy Bella pizza is near our hotel, will come back again. The servers were nice and friendly. Breakfast and coffee was good and affordable. Omelette comes with potatoes/toast with butter and coffee for $8. I say it’s affordable because we paid $26 for 2 at another coffee shop (coffee, bagel/lox, hot chocolate, egg/cheese sandwich) and the server was rude adding more pain to the heavy bill....so please people check out other coffee places before writing complaints."

"When we arrived, no hostess and sign that said “seat yourself”. Restaurant was full so no open tables. Told a server we had a reservation on Open Table so she found us a small table in the hallway. No one came to our table so after 10 minutes we walked out. Food might be good but we’ll never know. Very disorganized, we won’t be back."

"We try our best to give this place a chance after constant bad service. It 's close to our house, but honestly I will never support this restaurant again. I just called to place an order for delivery, 2 tortas and 2 drinks, then the woman tells me that we are blocked from getting food delivered. And I 'm so confused and ask her why? She proceeds to tell me there 's a note that states we made a big order and dejan la comida . As in we didn 't collect our food/left it behind. Iasked her when did this happen since we ordered last week the same thing and we got our food. She couldn 't tell me when or any further explanation. I 'm seriously so tired of their attitude, we have never ordered more than 2 things and wepick up our food most of the time, and almost every single time these women working there have such a stank attitude. Most of the time it 's the night shift women we have issues with. The only time we ever canceled an order was almost 2years ago.. we were coming back from from trip and ordered a bunch of tacos and drinks, I asked the woman how long it would take, she told me 30 mins. We got home and an hour passed by and we didn 't get our food. We live 5mins away so Icalled and asked why it was taking so long and we can just pick it up if the delivery guy was busy. This was in the evening and the woman got annoyed and yelled at me saying they were super busy and it was going to take a while. It wasabout 1hr and and half since we had called in the order.. we didn 't get more than 10 tacos. She proceeded to hang up the phone. I called back and told her we didn 't want it any more. 10mins later the delivery guy came and I apologized tohim and told him he needs to tell the woman that sent him why she sent him because I had told her we canceled our order. BUT the weird thing is, we have ordered from them a few times after that, even though we try to avoid them.. Trying tosupport local businesses here but what can you do when the workers are giving such horrible cus"
