"There’s been a consistent line 50 deep everyday since it opened. There’s a reason for that. In a city with tons of Resturants, if you suck, you don’t last and you don’t expand. Yeah there is a line, yes they make mistakes, yes they get order’s wrong. If you had a Resturants that did that mass of volume you would have things occasionally go wrong, but when it’s right (which is the majority of the time), it’s great!"
