"Warning!: they dont deserve your money or time. Accused of going behind bar and cursing out employee by owner OVER PHONE WHILE EATING. 0 stars if I could. Had Reservation. Missed phone call. Called back after I grabbed phone to answer. Told them we are 10 minutes away. No problem. Got there and they gave away seats. People at bar that answered phone didn 't tell us so it will be 20 minute wait. I understand just miscommunication Still fine at this point. 45 minutes later I decide to go in. How much longer. We have 6 children and it 's been 80 minutes sine reservation. We have no problem leaving we come back tomorrow. She replies with a nasty attitude we can 't make people leave. At this point she got me upset. What 's your owners name so when they call me I 'll know. I believe he should know what 's going on. This behavior isnt right. Another waitress very nice I may add at that point directed us to be seated. She took our drinks and order. Came out with appetizers. Very lovely lady. At this point we are eating and my BIL gets phone call from owner. You need to leave. Cops will be called. Going behind bar is unacceptable and cursing there 's 6 children here. we did not curse. Manager that was rude did. If this is how they treat people the food wasn 't worth it. Don 't waste your time or money. My BIL spends a ton of money at this place. Eats pretty regularly. Family almost daily. he recommended it to us. Not any more. Definitely deserve apology. I thought he was calling us while eating at his restaurant to apologize.nope!"

"I'm not the type of guy who goes out of his way to write a review, especially a bad review. I usually write a great review to the places where I love the food and the service, because I feel that great food and great service deserve to be recognized. Unfortunately I can't write a great review for this place. I have been here before and the food was always good, that's not my complaint. It's a place where I go when I don't have a lot of time for lunch. Today, the food was just like usual, but a couple things happened: I had a friend join me and we both ordered our food and he ordered the beef plate and specifically said he wanted all beef and no chicken. (their plate comes with half chicken and half beef) We paid the bill, got our drinks and waited about 15 minutes, which I felt was reasonable given that it was lunchtime and the place was fairly busy. At that point, one of the employees walks over to our table holding a receipt and asks us if that was our order. We said it was, and she said come up to the counter and get your food. At point I'm thinking: this girl walked over to the rear of the restaurant knowing the order was ours, but instead of bringing the food to us, she asked us to go back to the front and get it ourselves. No big deal, it's essentially a fast food place and maybe the restaurant has certain rules due to COVID that prohibits the employees of touching the food. (they already touched it when they put it on the front counter, but whatever) My order was good and I got what I ordered. My buddy opened his food and he got half chicken and half beef, after he specified he wanted all beef. No big deal, things happen. He takes his food to the front counter and tells the employees what the problem was and they said they would fix it. He sits back at our table waiting for his order and and shortly after an employee walks up to him and tells him that in order for them to give him all beef, they would have to charge him an additional charge, since apparently the clerk did not charge for all beef. At that point, my buddy went up to the front and asked for the manager's name. He was told it was company policy not to disclose the name of the manager. At that point, he just asked for his entire refund, since it's been over 25 minutes since we ordered and I had already finished my meal, plus we had to get back to work. The clerk then just issued him a refund and after doing so, she sarcastically told him that they were just going to throw his previous order in the trash. I'm not in the restaurant business, but I know bad customer service when I experience it. Nobody at this place has any common sense or the desire to make it a pleasant place to eat lunch. A person with common sense, would have apologized for getting the order wrong and made it right, but instead they gave a full refund, threw an order in the trash and disappointed two customers who will probably not return. I don't know who owns or runs this place, or if they even know what's really happening there, but hopefully this gives them an idea."

"I had the worst to eat as long as I remember. we were looking for a food truck that wasn't there. since we had starved and saw the sign of this restaurant, we decided to try it. it is not a very appetizing place, with old pictures of food hanging, and stone benches outside. the woman who takes our order could hardly speak English. we ordered a shredded pork, oranges hugging and a order of two vulnerabilities for 3 of us to share. I was optimistic because it took a while and I thought they cooked it fresh. when they were, it was hardly important. the egg rolls were a soggy, fat chaos. I cut the two into three pieces of mush. I ate two bites, but no one even finished their first bites. it was so bad. the shredded pig was so salty and tasteless that we thought it was just spoiled. No one has finished their first bite. the orange huh was obviously not fresh. the flesh was too chewing and not white meat. who knows what it was, but it was tasteless and nobody ate. both dishes came with rice and makkaroni salate. the white rice was edible, but I was the only one who ate some of it. the makkaronisalat was so disgusting that only one of us took a bite that immediately spited out. the whole evening meal (except the two bottles of water) went directly into the müll. two of us lost their appetite for the rest of the night from a mouthful or two of these bad excuses for eating."

"Today after years of eatting Bo's for breakfast. I was highly disappointed with my food and the way I asked for it well done. So I just asked for it to be re-done and the cook which is one of the managers was being mouthy about having to remake it. Then I talk to the other owner and he didnt show any care to fix the problem. I just wanted my food right and to not have the person fixing it to be upset about not doing it right the first time. I have always loved eatting there but I wont be going back unprofessional and was very rude. When working in the customer service field we need to do better how we treat our customers. Regardless of how you feel Chris or whatever you heard I was disappointed and if I wanted my whole meal made over because it was wrong it should of been without any lip from your employees Also who wants a whole skillet put back on grill thats been mixed all together now the eggs are over cooked and all just because it wasnt done right and instead of satisfying the customer you wanna give attitude and just slap it all back on there. Well no Sr. That was not what I wanted or asked for and I explained that to Tom. What should of happened was I'm sorry let me get this remade for you ma'am that would of been fair for me Chris as a customer. Who wants someone talking smack re making their food. So once I seen noone care about him being rude nor making my food the correct way I said just refund me. Why cuz that was the only satisfying opition."

"First, I'm gonna say that for the same price and portion, this is the best bbq short ribs you'll get from a chain Hawaiian bbq restaurant. Each piece is the half the size of a regular container. Very meaty, not chewy, perfect amount of fat, and the bones are small. Also, I asked for veggies instead of all the sides in my combo because I'm on keto, and they gave me broccoli, which is exactly what I want! I appreciate that. Even though the next time they gave me steamed cabbages(maybe because I ordered a mini meal), but still, way better than Aloha who literally just gave me the free raw cabbage strips base that came with every meal....I'll always choose here over them. It's the first time I tried garlic shrimp from a Hawaiian bbq place and my mind is blown! It's the exact way and flavor Cantonese people love to make their seafood with!!! I love it so much it's so garlicky and fresh I can't wait to order a whole portion of it next time. The bbq pork chops is like the same flavor as the chicken, but it's huge! It's like almost the size of a whole regular box. And it's cooked to a perfect texture, so when I reheated it the next day it starts getting chewy. I love to eat it with a mix of sriracha and soy sauce with a bit of katsu sauce. The chicken my boyfriend always ordered is juicy and tender with good flavors too, he always got two mini ones so that he can have as much chicken as possible. They taste great with the katsu sauce. We'll definitely keep ordering from here when we are craving some Hawaiian bbq!"
