"This was likely the worst dining experience I've ever had. We had a party of ten and had to move tables by ourselves. It took 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and when our food finally arrived 20 minutes later, it was cold. No one checked on us for beverage refills or any other needs. To top it off, I found a hair in my rice. When it was time to pay, I was overcharged by $30, and the server apologized in a rude tone, saying she was very busy with other large tables. Overall, it was incredibly disappointing."
