"The food was excellent. However, the service was significantly lacking, and I'm not sure if they were short-staffed. I typically plan to tip between 20% and 25%, but unfortunately, my tip dropped to below 10% this time, and I consider that to be quite generous. I've experienced better service at Chick-fil-A. I don’t mean to leave a negative review since the food was great, but I want to bring this to the management's attention: it might be time to hire another server. The waitstaff are the face of your business, and ours seemed to have plenty of time to socialize with other customers, possibly due to them drinking, but that really affected our experience. It felt as though we were receiving subpar service and treated like an afterthought. I think others around us felt the same way."
