"I have visited this restaurant before and had a good experience, but last week I went with some friends and we had to pay a $5 cover charge to get in. The place was packed with people, and it was already overcrowded by 11 o'clock. The floors were dirty and each table was sticky. We decided to leave and go somewhere else because of the large crowd, especially with COVID still being a concern. When we asked the bouncer for a refund since we had only been there for 5 minutes, he refused and was quite rude about it. I will not be returning to this restaurant."
