"This was a takeout order number 2E83B . This place continuously disappoints with the quality of food. I ordered A dozen cheddar bay biscuits, lobster baked potato and lobster linguine. The biscuits were dry, overcooked and did not have the buttery garlic herb seasoning. The lobster were overcooked on all the dishes. I was served with plain spaghetti noodles topped with overcooked lobster, my dish was not tossed in lobster sauce. This place lacks quality management. I drove back to Red Lobster to get my order corrected but I was given the same poor quality food. I do not recommend this location. If you are interested in buttery biscuits I would recommend Popeyes biscuits and if you are interested in seafood I would recommend you go to Crab Bite or destination seafood house."

"Went out to dinner with another couple, that asked us to join them at a Texas Steak place. We waited an hour 15 mins. I discovered that Red Lobster had spots available. When we arrived, we sat for maybe 5 mins. They escorted us to the table. Due to an injury, I am using a knee walker scooter. Once I was seated, the manager came straight over offered a safe place to ‘park’ it. The waitress was absolutely spot on. We never had empty drinks or biscuits. The four of us were so pleased. The meal was great, the service was even better! Next time this will be FiRST on our list!! Thank you Red Lobster for a great night out!"

The whole staff and manager were superb. The waitresses and staff went overboard. The manager went around to see how our food was. It was a very pleasurable experience. "This is the best Red Robin I've ever visited. Over half a dozen trips, regardless of how busy it was or which day I went, I've received exceptional service each time. The staff quickly refills drinks and fries, and the food is always delicious, all within a pleasant atmosphere. They typically offer to pack up extra fries or drinks to take home when we're finishing our meal, rather than discouraging takeout like some other places do. On another occasion, even though I hadn’t signed up for the birthday club before my special day, they still honored it and treated me to a free burger and sundae. I highly recommend this restaurant, though the ongoing price increases make it difficult to dine out with more than a couple of people."

"A Decent Chain Restaurant. The restaurant layout is such that is cozy, relaxing, and affords some privacy. My wife craved a lemonade. The selection was country style wild berry lemonade with no ice. I went with a glass of their New South Wales sangria. It held it's own. A small loaf of bread given by Outback Steakhouse is fresh and tasty. The menu emphasizes meat. You can find some piscatorial plates on the menu that are quite good. We went straight to the entrées after ordering our libations. It is Friday again, meaning a fish day. My spouse picked tilapia with pure lump crab meat which is accompanied by mixed vegetables. This dish was very good although the tilapia was a shade done beyond our liking. Tilapia needs to have a litter shimmer while the flesh is opaque, indicating both moisture and having been cooked throughout the fillet. I selected the sesame salad with ahi tuna. The seared ahi was sliced into nearly paper thin slices. The darker than blood red pieces just melted away upon contact with the tongue. The salad appeared pedestrian, even with sliced almonds atop. The sesame vinaigrette was dynamic, invigorating the entire salad. This recently added menu dish is a winner. I was leery of choosing such a dish in a meat-centric chain restaurant. The gamble paid dividends. Dessert was an ice cream concoction that our waitress had suggested. It was Baskin-Robbins sweet and a fitting meal's end."

"We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The server was friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. The food was quite good overall, with just a few minor complaints. The steak could have been a bit juicier, and the pasta sauce was slightly too rich for my taste, but nothing too serious. However, the lobster potatoes and bacon-wrapped scallops were absolutely incredible. The service was efficient, and we didn’t feel overly stuffed when we left."

"Absolutely the worst Red Lobster in the state! Hostess took awhile to seat us with no one around to even ask what to do about it. Service was terrible, not friendly and questions were answered with no help or with a dull attitude. The food was awful overcooked shrimp with no flavor. The biscuits were cold and stiff. Broccoli looked rotten and very small pieces. Generally cleanliness was bad and very poorly managed. Definitely do not recommend to even my enemy. Voiced my concerns to waitress but she didn't care. No manager available to talk to either. Never ever will I waste a dollar on this company."

"Valentine’s Day, you expect lines and waiting. That’s what you sign up for when you go out to eat. What you don’t expect, however, is to wait 45 minutes for a seat and when you’re seated, waiting another hour to receive your meal. I can understand shortages and lots of people out of work (either by force or by choice) but this was just completely unacceptable. Much to my dismay, the Perimeter location closed for good and they, too, had long waiting times. I can’t recall any experience even close to this, I patronize this chain quite frequently. One of the waiters, wiped his face behind the bar with sweat all over himself. At least have the decency to go in the back, where you can’t be seen by customers. Anyway, ordered two steak dinners, requested medium rare and both were basically rare. Baked potato had a teaspoon of sour cream (they might be doing me a favor there) but all jokes aside I won’t be returning to this location. This horrible experience may have ruined it forever."

"I hardly know where to begin! From the moment we walked in, Mike greeted us with a big smile. We were seated quickly and met our waiter, Juan, who also welcomed us warmly while taking our drink and appetizer orders. The food—pork chops and flowering chicken—was absolutely delectable, melting in our mouths! Juan recommended the loaded potatoes, which we loved! He was attentive, making sure our drinks were always full and promptly clearing away any used plates. Mike capped off our wonderful experience with some heartfelt words of encouragement. You may not realize it, but you truly made our stay in Houston special! Trust me, while you come for the delicious food, you’ll come back because of the outstanding customer service!"

"I ordered a large amount of food from Outback Hamilton for our Super Bowl Sunday party, and my husband drove 40 minutes to pick it up. We love this location and often go there for dining in or takeout because of their consistently exceptional food and service. However, when he arrived, he was told that all of our food was packed. When he got home and I started setting the table, we discovered that the platters of wings and tenders were missing. I called to explain the situation, and the representative assured me that the owner would personally deliver the missing items. The owner showed up with the food and was so kind to include dessert as well. My family will always make the drive to this location because of the outstanding service we consistently receive."
