"I always struggle to log in with my stall number on the app when I try to order ahead. As a result, I end up having to use the frustrating red button and wait for someone to assist me. By the time I finally receive my food, it's often no longer hot or fresh. Additionally, it seems like half the stalls are out of order every time I visit."

"Food is good if you can get service. I have no idea what happened to this place, but the last few times I 've been here, menus have been broken and people haven 't been answering. I 've switched menus, gone through the drive thru and got nothing. When I did, the bun was burnt to a crisp and I had to get a new one. Also, staff obviously doesn 't have the critical thinking skills to determine that a chicken slider, mistakenly spoken, is a chicken slinger, the only thing that sounds similar and is actually the exact same thing. Honestly, skip this place. I just watched someone throw their trash in the lot after not getting any service, not that they needed to, this place is already hot garbage. Employees are probably getting high."

"Atmosphere: Drive thru, drive up or patio seating Wait: N/A Reservation?: No Price: Good Food: inexpensive food with good taste. Main focus is the variety of drinks, which is incredible. Something for everyone. Burgers, hot dogs, fries, tater tots, breakfast food is all good and consistent. Good for a quick bite."

"Absolute worst and actually the last Sonic experience. Pulled into the bay, pressed the button, and was promtly told to come to drive thru. Simple order of 2 meals tots for both Cranberry and Strawberry limeaids and a corndog. Asked them to read it back, and it was 1 extra tots and missing the corndog. I ammended and pulled up for pick up. An angry younger man greeted me by snatching my card and shoving it back in my hand. He handed me two luke warm, minimal ice drinks with absolutely no indication as to which was which. He shoved two straws in my hand. Came back and shoved two more straws in my hand. Then he shoved the food in my hands and stared at me. I stared back and said thank you. We opened the food, and everything was just sloppy. We decided after the attitude of the window atttendent and the absolute sloppy presentation of the food that we'd ought not eat our meals. It was a jarring kind of wasted situation. We won't return. "Even for places that are these consistently inaccurate, I am not one to publish an assessment, but it is important that people know that. the personal will consciously give them the wrong food banking that they will not return to the window to correct it. they get the order right maybe 20% of the time (I've never been with more than 2 people on this place) and I've always thought that it's impossible that they are just wrong often. they brought me the smallest, cheapest burger they sold and ran back before I could look. I went back to the window and the girl told me now I told them that they would notice the difference. they know that they spend the wrong food and even withdraw it to correct it, they still gave me the wrong order. I ordered one of them. they don't care. I will not be here and sonic is my favorites almost eat burger."

"we ordered with UberEats because we were very hungry and have no possibility to go out from the college. The order was supposed to arrive at 1.05am, but it arrived more than 30 min later, and the food was all cold. After this, we opened the burgers and wenoticed that all 3 of them were wrong: -pickles missing in the first -cheese not removed in the second and my friend couldn?teat the entire burger because of that (paid addition of tomatoes was missing too) -in the third sauces and paid addition oftomatoes and bacon were missing. We called the restaurant, but they were like ?there?s nothing we can do, it?s not our job tobring you new food.? They acted rude, like they don?t care and it?s not their fault, and I found the whole situation reallydisrespectful to us. They told us to ask for refund on the app and come pick your food on another date, but we needed the foodin that moment. They didn?t try to fix it and we ended up eating nothing or something different from what we paid at 2am. Youhave really work hard to do such a big mistake like that and acting annoyed when the client is complaining."

"I've always noticed these ads on TV and had been wanting to try the food. They were typically only located in New Jersey, but they finally opened two locations in Queens, and I happened to be in the area. I ordered double cheeseburgers, chili fries, and lemonade. The beef was actually seasoned, which is rare to find at a fast food joint. The fries held up well even with the chili on them. I also got an Oreo shake and mozzarella sticks for a friend, and they loved it. Lastly, I picked up a Snickers Blizzard for my sister. I’ll make sure to take pictures next time—I was too busy enjoying my meal!"

"Service at this location on 46 is really bad. Been there 4 times. 3 times my order was wrong and the last time I finally just left after I tried to order at the outer drive up lane but was ignored as 2 cars ordered ordered on the inside lane as I waited. So I parked in stall 11 and placed my order, 15 minutes later , as 7 cars drove up to the window and got their orders and left, I pressed the order button again and asked if they had forgotten my order. Was asked who took my order. I repeated my order and said the person didn’t give me their name when I ordered. Long silence and was then asked again what order was…. I said forget it and thanks. From now on I take my business elsewhere. 0-4 is not a good record for them, even though I kept giving them a chance because they are a quick convenient drive from my home I’ll never return"
