"I wish I could give a negative star review for this restaurant. I have already sent this feedback to the general manager and district manager. The Sonic on Highway 90 in Dayton is terrible, with terrible attitudes from the staff. I ordered two shakes around 9pm and had to push the button to speak to someone again after waiting 25 minutes. Lori brought out one shake and when I mentioned there should be two, she said the machine was broken. They brought me one shake but not the other, which could have been communicated earlier. An employee at the window was gossiping and using profanity about not making enough money. Another employee talked about wanting to dump food on a customer's car for being upset with her service. I have been waiting for 40 minutes for a shake. This experience is a perfect example of why the service industry deserves better pay and better treatment."

"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Sonic in Crystal Springs, MS. I ordered a Super Sonic Cheeseburger with onion rings and requested extra pickles, onions, and mayo but without tomato. However, when I got home and started eating, my burger was missing the pickles, tomatoes, mustard, and the onion rings were soggy. The burger patty itself was tasty, but it was overshadowed by the disappointing toppings. This was not the first time my order at Sonic was incorrect, and I am very frustrated with my experiences there."

"They were here several times and disappointed every time. Recently went through the ride thru and ordered only one reese shake. I ordered and sat in line for almost 30 minutes. "Usually don’t have a problem but my boyfriend went to get me a SUPERSONIC breakfast burrito and when he got home I noticed liquid cheese everywhere. I thought that was strange but thought it just got too melted. Bit into it and was so nauseated by the flavor of this cheese. Turns out I was given an ULTIMATE meat and cheese burrito (after looking online at the menu it matched the description). Definitely was NOT a supersonic. It would have been fine but the cheese sauce is so nauseating you can’t even eat it. My cherry limeade is also not very flavorful today. "I literally order food items 3 times a year. The footling coney dog, tots, corndog, and single bacon cheeseburger were great, 10/10 recommend! However the grilled cheese could have used more cheese especially considering the Texas toast style bread and the milkshakes were extremely watery and did not taste like what we ordered. The banana chocolate tasted like vanilla with a hint of banana flavoring or unripe banana puree and no fruit pieces but chocolate chips or solidifying chocolate at the bottom. The Oreo cheesecake was also very watery/liquid texture, tasted more like vanilla with the equivalent of 1 1/2 Oreos crumbled, soaking up the liquid, expanding, stuck together at the bottom and very difficult to drink with a straw. Would have liked it better blended at least. I remember their shakes being better quality, thicker, tasting like real ice cream, the chocolate banana shake being chocolate ice cream with banana pieces. These shakes were nearly flavorless. I was there on a busy Saturday night, but that should not be an excuse to put out poor quality product. Unfortunately it is these days."
