"I usually order from this store with no problem and everything is usually great. This time however, I placed my order via GrubHub a little less than 1hour before closing. The driver showed up early with everything except my Shiver which was missing. When I called the store I was told they were too busy so they didn't make it, the store is closed now but I can pick one up tomorrow ...so I basically had to be inconvenienced after waiting for my PREPAID online order because they decided they just didn't feel like putting the time and effort into making it...Really?! That's not ok"
