"Gametime looked beautiful for the Christmas season and we've eaten there before with no issues. This was really for the kids, but the meal ruined a lot of it. Their brunch was horrible. Literally the worst brunch meal I've eaten. The home fries were cold, my poached eggs (eggs benedict) were completely cooked through. My husband had similar issues, received toast, but not buttered or on the side. Service was so slow (he was young and tried his best and I knew that). The kids were not the least bit entertained by the Santa who was lacking his iconic hat and did not engage them at all. Play the roll if you're there, these kids have had a crappy few years and looked forward to telling Santa what they wanted, but he didn't even ask. I don't mean to rant, but I was not the only customer upset with their meal."
