"The food was good except the hot dishes came out cold. Our server was extremely inattentive. He would pass our table several times without even looking at us before we would be able to place an order, and every time I tried to get his attention he was standing off to the side completely on his phone. We had to get up, walk over to him, and hand him the check ourselves just to pay after waiting for 20 minutes ready to pay. Unfortunately a 20% tip was automatically included for him, absolutely undeserved."
