"Dinner with my wife was excellent, complemented by cocktails and a lovely bottle of wine. I noticed in the menu, printed in very small text, that a 21% service charge would be added, which I was glad to see. However, when the bill came, I found that the 21% service charge had already been included, but the bill still had a line for an additional gratuity. I was fortunate to have noticed the fine print, as I didn't add another 20% tip. Adding an extra 20% to a $425 bill would have made the overall cost quite excessive for the experience."
