"I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. My family used to always go to this place and even referred friends and family to this restaurant as well. Like loyal customers, we called into their restaurant for a take-out order. First of all, the woman who answered kept hanging up on me and tried to blame me for the connection problems. Then, I spent the next 25 minutes giving her a simple family order. LITERALLY 5 combo plates of the same thing. And that took 25 minutes! Then, when I asked for the total cost and asked for the food to be all vegetarian; Sergio, the apparent supervisor, took the phone and informed me that they no longer feel comfortable with my order because he, nor the restaurant wanted to be blamed if meat came into any of the plates. I asked the order to be vegetarian and they couldn’t assure it’ll be vegetarian, that’s HORRIBLE! If you want bad customer service, then La Charreada is the place to go! They waste your time and their food is subpar. El Cazador is better anyway, bye bye La Charreada. You’re cut!"
