"My husband visited Timberville, VA around 5:30 PM and, unfortunately, did not receive a receipt. The main issue arose when we got home after a long day of hard construction work and discovered that one of the two fish sandwiches we ordered was only half a sandwich! We were supposed to get two sandwiches for $6. In addition, we also purchased a monster burger and a ranch chicken wrap. This is the fifth time we've experienced a problem here, although in the past it was usually just minor service issues. The restaurant used to be fantastic two years ago, known for its great fried chicken and burgers. However, with the recent turnover of younger staff, things have taken a turn for the worse. Despite the restaurant making a good profit, the training has been terrible, and some employees seem to lack motivation and guidance. On the other hand, there are still a few workers who show great initiative and dedication, which I truly appreciate. I believe that both cooks and servers need to give their best effort. We all work hard to be able to afford eating out once a week, so we hope our experiences don't continue to be disappointing. Given the current economic situation, with rising food prices, it would be wonderful to occasionally enjoy a decent meal out. Thank you to the good hardworking people who make it possible!"
