"When the bill arrived, we were shocked to find that we were charged $75 for a margarita tower instead. I kindly explained to the waiter that this was not what we had ordered, and I asked if he could adjust the bill. The waiter acknowledged his mistake and confirmed that we didn’t order the tower, but insisted we still had to pay for it since we had consumed it. I chose not to pursue the matter further as it seemed unnecessary, but I was very disappointed that we were charged $75 for something we did not order.
Additionally, the waiter was quite inattentive throughout the evening. We only saw him when we first placed our orders and not again until we received the bill. We also ordered nachos as an appetizer, but they were piled up vertically on a small plate, making them difficult to eat as toppings spilled over the sides. Many chips on the bottom were dry and lacked toppings, and we ended up not finishing them because they were too messy to eat.
While the food and drinks were acceptable, I will not be returning to this establishment based on this experience, and I would not recommend it to others."
