I had the Portobello Burger, which was fantastic, and the Caprese burger topped with burrata cheese was equally impressive. The house salad and sweet potato fries were also excellent. I highly recommend trying the Firecracker Salmon, especially with the addition of bacon and cheesy fries. If you’re in the mood for a hearty meal, the double hamburger with cheese prepared in chimichurri style is a must-try!
The staff here are wonderful, with a special shoutout to Ran, who was incredibly nice and attentive. The food runner was also quick and efficient, which added to the overall positive experience.
I will definitely be returning to Hive Garden Bistro in the future. Additionally, they offer great yearly membership rates at the gardens.
