"By the time we received our appetizers, it had been 1 hour and 45 minutes since we sat down, and when our main dish—surf and turf—finally arrived, the lobster tail was overcooked. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer to cover the cost of the glass of wine due to the long wait and the absence of soup.
Additionally, be aware that a 20% tip is already included on your bill, which I found to be unwarranted given the service we received. Honestly, I would rather go hungry than dine there again. I’m usually not a difficult customer when it comes to restaurants, but this experience was truly unacceptable."
