"I visited this restaurant for the first time and I'm still trying to figure out my thoughts on the Brisket Benedict. The hash patty was a bit unusual for my taste. I believe that a drizzle of BBQ sauce over the onion rings, which could also drip onto the brisket, would really enhance the dish. I enjoy Benedict breakfasts and have reviewed many, but this one didn’t quite win me over. On a positive note, the French Toast was enormous and absolutely delicious—it reminded me of angel food cake because of its incredible fluffiness. The server and manager were both fantastic and very friendly, and the restaurant was impressively clean as well. The music and cleanliness really set this place apart from others. I plan to return and try some different menu items, and who knows? Maybe my rating will increase from 4 stars to 5. Overall, my experience wasn’t bad; I just found the Benedict a bit unconventional."
