"I often meet up with my old neighbors for dinner at 4 PM. I would say they are elderly. The food is excellent and the service is great. I tried the Monte Cristo, French dip, roast chicken, chicken legs, fish and chips, and shrimp. All the meals were outstanding! I also took home a blackberry cobbler, which was delicious and worry-free since it didn't have any tough bits or seeds that could get stuck in my teeth. It was a real treat!"

"I ordered the mac and cheese bites as an appetizer and they were the best I've ever had! They had more cheese than macaroni. I also started with a cup of French onion soup, and every bite was incredibly decadent. I didn't want it to end. The staff was also very friendly. I love this place and will definitely be back whenever we are in Steamboat again!"

"I ordered huevos rancheros with my eggs cooked over medium, but they arrived slimy, white, and runny—so much so that I couldn’t eat them. I returned the dish, but instead of offering to fix it, they simply suggested something else and charged me for the undercooked food. I also ordered a fruit bowl to have something to eat, but when the woman who seemed to be the manager came by, I overheard her say she’d tried some of my dish and decided to charge me for it. I took a few bites to see if I could stomach it since it took her 15 to 20 minutes to check on us, and getting a replacement would have taken another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, as a local, I don’t think I’ll be back. This place is not what it used to be. Even my fruit was overripe and disappointing. I was really looking forward to a pleasant breakfast, and this experience completely soured my morning."

"We Recently celebrated the 50th reunion of a local high School in the Coach House of the Hanover Tavern and it could not have turned out any better! It is a clean, modern and beautiful atmosphere to host a large group. We worked in advance with the event staff to plan our menu, seating, decorations, etc., and they could not have been more helpful to us. We chose salad, steak tips, shrimp, garlic, mashed potatoes, brazed Brussel sprouts, Special pasta, rolls, and a pie bar. It was served at the proper temperature and seasoned perfectly. Everyone was pleased!! The support staff of set-up, bar, and servers were all very professional, friendly, helpful and were there when we needed them. Thank you Krissy, Toni, and all!! "This is a fantastic neighborhood bar that has really been improving lately. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. It has a vibe reminiscent of Old Portland. The patrons were welcoming, and it was wonderful to see a diverse crowd of all ages. Although the main dining area was closed, the spacious lounge offered plenty of booths and tables for quiet conversations. Plus, the fun local history displayed on the walls added to the charm!"

"I always enjoy Coin and Candor. The hostess was wonderful! The server was delightful and energetic. The food has declined a bit. The hotel is showing some needed attention. For example, the valet stand was a little scuffed, the flavored water wasn't refilled and was near empty for over an hour. The valet didn't open the door for the ladies on the passenger side. a knob on the antique piece when you enter the lobby (left side) was missing. The little things that make the Four Seasons great are slipping a bit. Hopefully you get back the luster."

"I recently dined in for breakfast at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. The food quality was top-notch, I rated it a 5. The service was also excellent, receiving another 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, scoring a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying their Hash Brown Potatoes, French Toast Combo, Pancakes and Eggs, Gravy, Toast, Sausage, and Breakfast Buffet. Everything was delicious! The only downside was that parking was somewhat difficult to find. However, there is a free parking lot available for customers to use. Overall, I had a great meal and would definitely return."

"Three stars because the pies and the chair in the front is something to take note of. The food is questionable, “mini tacos” more like what could have been poured out of an Aldi’s bag, along with the fries.. coincidence ? I’m not sure. The food could have been easily replicated in my kitchen and I don’t cook or like to. The bill was high, service is eh."

"Going to give it five stars because I support small businesses. The chicken was amazing. I had the fried chicken special with two sides. I had red beans and rice and mashed potatoes. First, the bad. The potatoes were bland and seemed like they were boxed. A little salt and pepper solved that. Now, the red beans were very good. They had this surprising sweetness that I have never had before. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely order again and try other items."

"This USE to be my favorite place but; I went to eat breakfast and the TWO waitresses there did not even acknowledge me, as I sat and waited to order a cup of coffee and a triple play. After sitting in a boot after waiting for 5 minutes for a total of 15 minutes, literally; I was acknowledge by the kind gentleman that was washing dishes as I headed to the front door and left. I wish the Older, waitresses were there, but I'm not returning to see and I wish this business well because it's not the same anymore P.S. there was another couple that came in as I was sitting in a booth, that was PROMPTLY seated and given water as I stayed seated and watched them being served. Question: what would you have done? Comments welcome"
