"Our experience warrants a bad service review. The reviews online looked really promising so we took a chance on Degrees. Sat on the patio, they did a good job providing fans considering the heat. The waitress took our order except for the main course. Appetizers came our pretty quick, food was good but about minutes after we had to find someone else to bring the bottle of wine we ordered in the beginning, then had to find someone else to order the main course, it came out much later which was okay since we had a bottle of wine, except the salad we ordered to have after the apps was completely neglected and brought AFTER we were finishing up dinner. The original waitress finally came by and said there was only one person working the kitchen, which I understand can happen, but the service provided (or lack there of) by staff on the floor was no where close to what we paid for. Really good food, really bad service. Won't be going back any time soon."
