"Here’s a revised version of your restaurant review:
If you're considering ordering from this hotel, here’s a heads-up. I placed a delivery order and attempted to use a coupon, only to be told initially that it didn’t exist. They provided several excuses, such as claiming it "wasn’t valid for delivery," even though it was clearly stated on the coupon. In the end, they only offered me a $4 discount on delivery. I was hungry, so I reluctantly accepted this.
I provided all my information, including my hotel and room number. I later received a photo message and assumed they had left my order at my door. To my surprise, they had left it in the lobby, unsupervised, on a random table. When I inquired if they were not allowed to deliver to rooms, I was told they didn't know my room number, and I received a weak apology in return. However, my room number was clearly printed in large letters on the receipt.
I was met with a number of excuses as to why they couldn’t check for the room number. Additionally, the stickers meant to indicate that the pizza box hadn’t been tampered with were not properly sealed on both ends, raising concerns that someone might have opened my order before I could get downstairs to retrieve it. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will not be ordering from this location again."
