"I didn’t rate atmosphere because I did a pick up order. This is our new favorite neighborhood Italian place. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I called in hopes of getting a heart shaped pizza for our anniversary. I called several places and was told it couldn’t be done. When I called Maciano’s, I expected the same answer but Instead, I heard, “of course, we can do it.” So we’ll be ordering from Maciano’s, even when shape doesn’t matter. By the way, the pizza was delicious. We enjoyed the chopped salad too…. Very good. Hope to dine in soon."

"I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, jalapeños, and mushrooms after not having ordered from this place in a long time, and I may not again in the future. The pizza was decent, but I felt shortchanged on the toppings. I paid $2 for each topping, and while I got a good amount of pepperoni as usual, I was really disappointed with the jalapeños and mushrooms. I only received about 10 jalapeños and 15 slices of mushrooms, which isn’t enough to evenly distribute across the pizza. It’s frustrating to spend that much on toppings and not get value for money, especially with rising prices everywhere. Customers deserve better, and honestly, I think I deserve a $2 refund for the lack of jalapeños and mushrooms on my pizza. It's clear that the restaurant is doing well, but it's disappointing that they don’t seem to care about customer feedback. I've raised this issue here before and even mentioned it in person during my visits, but it seems like no one is listening."

"I had a great experience with my order at this restaurant! It was only my second time here, and I decided to try some delicious items. We ordered 12 hot wings, fries, mozzarella sticks, and pizza bread, along with two sides of hot wing sauce and ranch. We placed our order at 2:31, and they estimated about 45 minutes for delivery, but to my surprise, it arrived around 2:42—talk about fast service! The food was hot and fresh, and the driver was very polite and friendly, just like the staff who took my order. My pregnant wife enjoyed every bite, and as they say, “happy wife, happy life!” Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"Great place to stay! Got stuck in a snow storm and needed a place to stop for the night. When we showed up they allowed us early check in which helped us so much.The place was clean and rooms were nice with everything we needed (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV with good channels). "We needed to find food for our wedding and I came up with the idea for pizza. My wife contacted Anthony and he was super easy to work with. We met with him to go over the options and we set it up. He followed up with my wife several times prior to the wedding. On the day of, he showed up early with his food truck and got started. He made pizza, chicken Alfredo, garlic knots and salad. They also provided sweet and unsweet tea. He and his assistant ran their butts off to make sure everything went great. The food was amazing and both guys went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to worry about the food on our special day. I would highly recommend contacting Anthony for your catering needs."

"I know I know, we have a bunch of good pizza places in Manteca and this is definitely one of them. It's up there with your basic pizza, crust isn't terrible, sauce is tasty, good amount and quality ingredients and the service has always been great. So how do they differentiate themselves from all the other pizza joints? Tandoori chicken pizza!!! It is sooo good! If you want some of the most balanced flavorful pizza you have to give it a try. If you want your basic pizza this place won't disappoint, but if you want to see how they do when they make something special then you really should try their specialty pizzas and end it with some cinnamon bites for dessert!"

"It was a Saturday night, we were hungry and were feeling Italian. She recommended we try Maciano's after our first choice had over an hour wait. When we arrived there were people waiting for their take-out orders and others in the dining room. The hostess greeted and sat us quickly. Maciano's is in a small strip mall that at the time of this posting also hosts a Gym, Hair Salon, Tax preparer, and a Bar. For the size of the strip mall there is adequate parking. The interior of the restaurant has that typical 2010's; Brick and neutral colored painted walls. Semi-private booths and open tables. The lighting was bright enough to see, but dim enough to not be glaring. Our server was amazing. I can't remember his name, but he was a great guy. He joked around with us, and went out of his way to double check on some of our questions he wasn't entirely sure about. He was very attentive, but not overly. I wish ever server I had was like this guy. I had the lasagna with the meat sauce, and she had the Gluten Free Penne with meat sauce. I won't say it's the best lasagna I've ever had... because that would be a bold faced lie... but it was good. Great flavor, the pasta was cooked perfectly not too firm, but not overcooked. It was delicious. My girlfriend raved about the sauce on her meal. It was very good. Each meal came with garlic bread. The garlic bread had a good flavor. It was a nice compliment to the lasagna. The prices were fair too. With the portion size they gave we each ended up taking half of our meals home with us as left overs. Overall I was pleased with our experience. I don't know if this is part of a chain or if it's a family that has multiple locations. So I don't know if the other locations have the same qualities and quantities as this one. Either way the food is good. Definitely worth trying."

"Ordered a 14 cheese and sausage for pickup tonite and when I got there the young girl said it would be $28.04. I said that's alot for a 14 inch pizza. .She said everything is going up and I should get used to higher prices ! Really ??? Then I looked at the menu and a 14inch was significantly less. I mentioned it to her but she offered no solution to the problem. I paid for the pizza and left. The dough was gummy and garbage. This place is usually much better but tonite it really sucked."
