"Let me just say, I usually really like this place. But the last few times I have come, it has been a pretty unpleasant experience. Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered a white mocha with oatmilk, and a regular tuxedo. When I received the drinks, they were both dark in color like they had regular chocolate in them, and since I had ordered one as just a white mocha, I asked for clarification. The employee did not know which drink was which, nor which one had oatmilk, and did not seem to care that I had received the wrong items. The employee “offered” to remake it after not being able to figure out which was which, but the tone was rude, as if it was an inconvenience. I can’t have a lot of dairy, even the white mocha sauce was just a treat. I was not trying to be a bother, but my order has consistently come out wrong lately and this time I’m just a little irritated about it. Things aren’t being made with care and it shows. I was a barista for 5 years and I know it can be stressful, and some days you just don’t feel like it, but you should still care about what you’re serving."
