"I'm not sure where to begin. I live just across the street from this pizzeria and have been a regular customer for the past three years. Typically, I call in my order for pickup, but I've run into issues. Often, they either don’t answer the phone or leave you on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. When I arrive at the restaurant, my food is rarely ready. On one occasion, I ordered a pizza for pickup, and after being told it would be ready in 10 minutes, I ended up waiting over an hour and a half.
I also enjoy getting hot plates, but the problem is that while they sometimes have proteins ready, they lack rice, vegetables, or other sides. It really makes you wonder about the purpose of serving food in this establishment. Sometimes, I walk in to find five or six staff members working, yet nothing seems to be getting accomplished. They look like a bunch of headless chickens, and it's incredibly frustrating, especially for a pizzeria."
