"I had to indulge in spaghetti and meatballs yesterday at 11:30 AM. I can't quite recall why I stopped coming here two years ago, but I definitely didn't expect much—just some spaghetti with hopefully two meatballs, which seemed like a simple enough wish. However, I was pleasantly surprised by what I received. The price was reasonable when the meal is prepared well, which is all that matters. While I typically focus on pizza reviews, I have to say that the spaghetti and meatballs, topped with melted mozzarella, were exceptionally good. The sauce was perfectly balanced—neither too spicy nor too smoky. Plus, the bread had a nice texture, not that rubbery consistency you sometimes encounter. Overall, it was good food and worth it. "I stopped by Pleasant Hill and picked up some pizza for my in-laws. I knew they enjoyed it, and my family loved it too, so I definitely share that appreciation. "I would give negative stars if possible. The food is awful - it tastes like dog food. The hamburger is clearly a highly processed frozen patty full of msg. The sandwich was dry and unappetizing. It was small and tasted like a cheap convenience store sub, which would have been cheaper. The salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, processed cheese, and cheap deli meats. Anyone who enjoys this must either eat dog food or have no taste buds. I still feel sick thinking about it. This will be the first and last time I order food from here. I even tried to feed some chicken to my dog and he refused to eat it. He's a labrador, and everyone knows that labs are bottomless pits. That should speak volumes."

"My family and I have been regulars at this restaurant for years since we live nearby. It holds a special place in our hearts because my mom used to come here in high school, making it a long-standing tradition for us. Unfortunately, I'm really disappointed with our recent visit; we couldn't even finish our slices. It seems like they may have changed the cheese or something else in the recipe. It saddens me to say that I won't return for their pizza unless they revert to their original recipe. It's a shame because we've loved this place for so long, and I would have usually recommended it to everyone."

"This was the 1st time we've ordered from Chicago's Pizza #2and we were very, very pleased. We tried the small deep dish pizza with 3 items. Great taste, crust was delicious, overall well worth the price. We added an antipasto salad which was fresh and loaded with meats cheese. Another great choice.From reading others reviews, I was hesitant to order but we had no issues, it was ready when promised and it was very good. Thepizza crust was perfect not burnt as some of the other reviews had said.I say give them a try and see how good their food is."

"The food is really good and reasonable in price. They give you nice size serving and also when i don 't feel like going to the actual store i just call and request delivery. Unlike most pizza stores there delivery service is on point. Food always come fast and still very hot and the evening time delivery guy name Will is very nice, professional and very very respectful. He makes you want to call and request delivery because again he 's so professional and RESPECTFUL and that 's very rare now a days."

"The food was okay, but the service recovery was disappointing. When I placed a phone order for the first time, they only accepted cash, which was inconvenient. They forgot to include the butter for my bread, even though they said it would be added at the entrance. I was also told explicitly what I would receive, but I didn’t get the extra items I requested, like cheese and paprika, despite being promised them. When I called to address this, they suggested I go back to pick them up, but it’s across the city, and I have two little kids, so that’s not feasible for me. They offered me 10% off my next order, but that feels like a bad joke. Overall, the customer service recovery was terrible!"

"I ordered an artichoke white pizza and Greek salad for delivery on 30th januar. at the arrival I noticed that my pizza was not what I had ordered, but a meat lover. I called the restaurant and spoke to the nice woman who answered. I informed them about the mix up and asked if the driver could still have my pizza, as I obviously had someone else. she called the driver and unfortunately he didn't have him. she asked if I could wait 30 minutes for another delivery, but since it was already 9:20 clock, I refused. She offered me a refund for the pizza, took my information and informed me that the owner would call tomorrow to process as they were the only one that could. I waited a week and called the restaurant again. this time I talked to a very polite man and when I told him my story, he informed me that my information was right in front of him. he also told me that the owner was the only one who could issue a refund and would be between 11-1 the following day. I asked that the owner called me and confirmed my information with the man. I still have to hear from the owner about my experience. I have not received any refund for the wrong pizza. I think the owner thinks that they do not have to deal with the refund by ignoring the situation. as a result I write this review and advise that if they immediately check their orders at the arrival or otherwise they get the runaround from the own as I get."

"I've tried to eat here many times and today was the last attempt. went in ordered some mozz sticks they were so salty I could only eat 2 out of 8. They still made me pay for them. I've left the establishment my lips taste how they do after swimming in the ocean. This is not to discourage anyone from supporting this small local business, they seem to be friendly people obviously people love the food or they wouldn't still be open. But them making me pay is what prompted me to write this review."

"Super friendly but eccentric staff I absolutely love. Place is open until 3 o'clock, so this is super comfortable. The meat lover Calzone is from the chain!!! And the lamb gyro is hands down one of the best I had the pleasure of eating. The Gyro has beautiful large pieces of everything!!! Salad, onion, cucumber, taziki sauce only EVERYTHING, but it is too notch!!! I'm sure you'll try. You will be disappointed if you don't."

"Can never get through to them on the phone. As soon as they answer they say, ?Manhattan Pizza can you please hold? and immediately put you on hold. They will leave you on hold forever. I?ve sat on hold for over 15 minutes several times. Hung upcalled right back and they do the same thing before you can get a word out. It?s a shame Warrenton doesn?t have much food placesto choose from."

"I had an amazing experience and will definitely be ordering from here again! Five stars for taste, quality, and customer service! I ordered a calzone for my husband yesterday, and he absolutely loved it! He said it felt like heaven when he opened the box, lol! I made a custom calzone with pepperoni, bacon, spinach, onion, and ricotta. The medium size is big enough for two meals; he devoured the rest as soon as he got hungry again. Unfortunately, that meant he didn’t get to try the cake, but it looks decadent, and I know I’ll hear all about it later! Plus, their customer service is excellent. I accidentally made a mistake with my online order regarding the size of the calzone, and they promptly called me to correct it. Thank you, Marco Polo's Pizza!"

"determined to try anyway, because screw, what others think that this is the best pizza and wings I had in seattle, time I finally found a cheap place to order amazing pizza and wings at any time of the day, it is 0145 on Thursday and I must say I am impressed. normally order this late means that they are a bit cold or old, not properly made I mean ordered some simple, a cheese pizza and buffalo wing, but wow the sauce on the pizza was not too heavy the cheese and crust was brilliant, the wing omg the season, most places not even season the wings that put them just on some sauce, but wow it extremely well."

"Worst sub I ever had Ordered an Italian sub. It was totally awful. The sour pickles and tomatoes were all jammed together in one area of the sub and not spread out. They were not fresh tasting. There were exactly 3 thin pieces of cold cuts, and one micro thin piece of provolone cheese on my sub. No kidding, that was it! To add insult to injury, the sub cost 10 bucks. Total rip off."

"I was taken aback when I opened the box for my replacement order and found cheese sticks without any bacon! What happened to my bacon?? While I appreciate the excellent service from DoorDash, Papa Pizza didn't meet my expectations. The manager's dismissive comments regarding my complaint about the $8 piggy sticks were disappointing. I may be overreacting, but $8 is a considerable amount for me right now, especially with finances being tight. I've attached photos of both the burnt order and the replacement. Can you spot the difference? And honestly, where's my bacon?"
