"We (me and one other person) got sat at 3:07. A fellow come in behind us. He got greeted before we did. Got his drink and his meal before we ever did. We waited for 40 mins and no one greeted us. The dinning room wasn’t super busy either. About a total of 9 ppl. How awful. Someone who come in behind us got a normal experience. We got shit on. No one came up to us at all. And when we went to go leave no one tried to say anything either. Needless to say it was a waste of time. Hopefully you’re other customers get treated better than we did."

"This was my first time eating here. My sister and I flew in from Texas to visit our father. He brought us here to Bob Evan's he said this is his and his wife's favorite place to eat. They eat here all the time. So when they brought us here. There was only two waitresses working at the time. So they were short of staff. The usual waitress who always serves my dad. She had waited on us. But at the time her body language and attitude. I didn't appreciate it. She was rude on how she asked me what I like to drink. I don't tolerate rudeness. It is not my problem that they were under staff. Especially when it was my first time eating there and visiting from out of state. But besides all that. I really did enjoy the food. It was really scrumptious"

"We were fortunate to have a wonderful waitress named Simone. She took all our orders without writing them down, and I was honestly worried she might mix something up or forget an order. To our surprise, everything came out perfectly hot and exactly as we requested. Simone was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. "The service was incredibly quick, and the portion sizes were just right for us. We were on an 800-mile adventure in about 26 hours, and this place was conveniently located just an hour from home. None of us ended up having dinner that night. I ordered the 2-egg lift and shared half of each type of meat with my companion. He got a 2-egg plate with sausage, accompanied by a rich gravy and cookies. He was a bit disappointed because he loves tomato juice, but unfortunately, it wasn't available at this location. Overall, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and everything was served fast. This could very well become my go-to spot for quick meals on the highway from now on."

"We go to this Bob Evans regularly. At our most recent visit we had the pleasure of having Trish as our server. She is one of the most bubbly, and friendliest people I know. She always gets our order right, she knows what we want before we even ask for it. She's very attentive and treats her customers like family. I wish that all of the places we go to eat would have someone like Trish working there. She's one of she's one of the reasons we keep coming back!"

"**Restaurant Review Update for 2024:** Despite a few hiccups, such as ice spilling onto our table and some biscuits being overlooked, we really enjoyed our time here. The service was excellent, and our server had a fantastic attitude, sharing laughs with us. **Updated Review for 2022:** This place remains just as wonderful as ever. The food is consistently great, the staff is friendly, and the environment is clean. **Updated Review for 2020:** They have always prioritized customer satisfaction here. On May 25, 2020, during the COVID pandemic lockdown (or whatever you want to call it), I took my birthday girl to this restaurant because it’s our tradition. Although the building was closed, we made use of a picnic table by our Chevy. The waitress came out wearing a face mask and kindly asked if we needed anything else. The staff turned what could have been a disappointing birthday into a memorable one. I think I earned some dad points that day! I bring all four of my kids here every year on their birthdays (or on Saturday if their birthday falls on a Sunday). God bless this staff for everything they do!"

"The fried chicken breast was tough, as if it had been breaded and fried straight from frozen—definitely not high quality. The mashed potatoes were acceptable, but the coleslaw had an unpleasant taste. On the positive side, the fresh biscuits and banana bread were excellent, and the egg and bacon were good as well. The lemonade was refreshing, and the service was friendly. This was my first visit to a Bob Evans since it was nearby, and I can now check it off my bucket list."

"Our server who was listed as G on the bill was fantastic. Food was great as usual. The guy filling waters..... sucked. First gave us water that was full. When I asked for more I got some attitude, he filled it up and got water and ice all over the table. Second time he did it, it took every ounce of me not to say something to him. It was obvious he was having a bad day. I get it. I’ve been in the restaurant business majority of my life and in customer service my entire life but you leave your attitude at the door. It was an anniversary dinner we didn’t get to celebrate because of COVID and honestly I was disappointed by his behavior and it ruined the night. If the staff is worried and stressed about being open during these times, then don’t be open have crappy staff working. Plain and simple"

"7:15 on Tuesday morning was not very busy, and there was only one cook. In spite of that, it didn't take too long for the hot food to make it to the table. We drank good, strong coffee while we waited Roxanne made sure we stayed topped off. We both ordered the mini sampler. It might be mini, but it was filling. One egg (hubs got cheese on his), 2 strips of perfectly crunchy bacon, a generous amount of fruit (grapes cantaloupe) 2 slices of banana bread for me, toast for him. We rounded it out with a shared bowl of grits. Great breakfast it didn't break the bank...thanks!"

"We came Saturday morning at 8:20 am to a restaurant with 2 waitresses and 15 customers. We were finally greeted by a man who appeared to be the manager although was not dressed professionally and we’re told we had to wait for the waitresses to catch up —10 or so minutes. He then went outside to smoke instead of helping his staff. After a 15 minute wait we were finally seated. This person who was acting as manager was the worst excuse for a manager in appearance and behavior. I felt sorry for the waitresses."

"The Steak Tips Dinner is absolutely delicious and has become my new favorite dish. I have ordered it multiple times. However, I was disappointed when they packaged my onion rings with the steak tips and mashed potatoes, as the gravy and juices caused the onion rings to become soggy. "We visited this restaurant on September 30, 2022, shortly after Hurricane Ian. There were only six employees working, and it was clear they would have preferred to be home. When we arrived, we had a short wait, which was expected given that many places were closed. A few patrons were grumbling about the delay, but that was understandable. Once seated, our server Angela greeted us politely and apologized for the wait due to being short-staffed and having a limited menu. We reassured her that she didn’t need to apologize, as we understood the situation. When our food arrived, it was piping hot and delicious. I even tried something I might not have considered if the menu had been more extensive. Overall, the service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our meal. "I always enjoy the food here, but I have some feedback regarding the curbside ordering process. I waited in the designated area outside, but no one came to assist me, so I eventually had to go inside to retrieve my order. When I spoke to a young lady about my order, I found out she was a manager. She checked the shelving unit and confirmed my order was there, but when I mentioned that I had been waiting outside for a while, she suggested it was my fault for not calling. I explained that I assumed the staff would check the designated areas for orders, like most other places do. Because of that experience, I deducted one star. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, as she may have been having a rough day. Generally, the service here is quite good."
