"we had a reservation for my wife's birthday. I even called before the time to let the hostess know it was for my wife's birthday. we sat immediately in a remote opposite of the restaurant that was beautiful. after the hostess brought our water and free brot, we did not see a waitress or hostess or someone on over 15 minutes. I went around the restaurant looking for someone on the staff, and all I found were other rooms with customers sitting without someone waiting for it. after another 5 minutes (20 minutes total, without anyone coming to our table to take our order or check us) we went out and went to another restaurant. was very disappointed and sad. Luckily my wife was not annoyed, but I had spoken this place from a great experience I had years ago, and it seems as if it were no longer so great restaurant it was once. also the room in which we sat had a temperature of 63 degrees on the thermostat."
