"I've lived in the neighborhood over a year now and had been meaning to try for the longest time. It definitely doesn't have good parking options as it's tucked away next to a 7 11 and busy bagel shop but I think it works as lots of folks walk in the area since it's downtown near SJSU. When we walked in (group of 4) it's dark and has a bar area and food warmers. The staff gave us menus and said to seat ourselves wherever. There wasn't too much space inside so we went outside which is covered with tents and lighting. It's nicely decorated very fresh and green. My biggest gripe is customer service, being acknowledged and timeliness. This place took a while to have someone come out and take our order and bring water. Like 10mins or so. Once we finally got our order in the food came about 15min later staggered. There were other customers and it seemed they may have been a little short staffed. Our server was really nice once we knew she was assigned to help us. Quality is everything and this plane gives it perfectly. The quality of all the ingredients was great was fresh and well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I had the salad and the portion was humongous, brought half home. The wings were nice and crispy. My husband loved the steak and my son had no complaints on the burger. The pizza was well flavored with dimensional toppings that gave crisp, spice and sweetness from the bbq sauce. Overall happy we finally tried and will be making plans to eat here again soon."
