"I decided to give this restaurant a third chance because their food is genuinely good, especially the anticuchos. However, the service is a completely different matter – it’s dreadful! On my second visit this summer, I once again found myself ignored for ten minutes. My family and I were not even acknowledged. During our last visit, the staff was busy chatting and preparing napkins behind the counter, and we didn't receive a menu or water until we were ready to leave. Unfortunately, this time the experience was no different. The only thing they said as we walked out was a simple thank you. They really need to improve their customer service if they want to retain customers. While the food is great, the service is unfortunately terrible!"
