"I would have easily given this restaurant a 5-star rating because the new, motivated, and incredibly friendly waitstaff made our experience enjoyable. The food was excellent, served hot, appetizing, and arrived quickly. However, on our last visit, we noticed some issues with the staff dynamics. There seemed to be some tension between the lead personnel and the others, resulting in loud conversations when they were nearby. It’s quite rude for diners, who are there to enjoy their meals and conversations, to hear such interactions. Some remarks made among the staff should definitely remain private, especially complaints and comments about not leaving until silverware is finished. Despite this, we typically have a great experience with the food and service, and we genuinely appreciate seeing new, enthusiastic waitstaff. I hope this positive vibe continues, and that more people join their team. We want to keep Perkins thriving in Fergus Falls!"
