"The cake is a true masterpiece, featuring layers of chocolate cream, custard cream with peaches and strawberries, all topped with a light glaze that reads "Buon Natale" along with fresh fruit. Of course, it also includes a hint of rum extract. If you're tempted, I recommend you take a chance and order one for yourself! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dave and the staff at De Louise for making me feel like a kid again, eagerly awaiting Santa Claus."

"we have been coming to bodacious for years now. after today’s visit, we will never be back. if you don’t order there everyday, be ready to feel like a second class citizen. they treat their “regulars” like royalty and let them cut you in line. there was quite a long line today and my husband and i had been waiting a while (and we were next to be served). one of the main girls that work there (who was only working the cash register today) walked right up to the woman behind us to take her bagel order. i mentioned we were first and not served yet and she argued with me that the woman was only getting ONE bagel. she didn’t even ask what we were ordering (which by the way was only TWO bagels not even sandwiches, just bag them up). not much of a different effort required to serve us first since we were FIRST in line. i was so disgusted by the lack of respect, we left. this is not the first time i have had an unpleasant experience at bodacious, but it will definitely be the last."

"What a joke of a bakery. They screwed up everyone's orders for Christmas. Lines were over a 30 minutes wait and every person walked out disappointed. The employees were incredibly rude, yelling at customers whose orders they screwed up in the first place. Throwing boxes across the counter at customers. Literally yelling at a line of over 20 people, that just realized they're not getting any of their pre-ordered desserts, that we were the ones being wrong for being upset about it. Imagine! An Italian bakery getting the most important Italian holiday wrong. Save yourself a huge headache and go elsewhere. The desserts we did get (that were available, not the ones we ordered) sucked."
