"I tried to place an order over the phone but they never answered, so I decided to order through door dash instead. However, they never confirmed my order. When I went downstairs to inquire about it, one of the employees became defensive and claimed they never received the order. I showed him the pending order on my phone, but he was rude and continued to insist that I take it up with door dash. He appeared to be drunk and was very unprofessional. Because of his behavior, I chose to leave without ordering and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I hope they can learn to be more professional in the future."
