"The staff ignored us for the majority of the duration of our time there unless we literally begged for their attention. Our party of four tried to be patient as it was a Friday and it can be busy on weekends so we were very understanding of the fact that it can be overwhelming for the waitstaff, but when multiple tables seated after us got through their meals and left in a timely manner, we understood that we were purposefully being ignored. It was especially apparent in the way in which the waitstaff interacted with us as well. They made us feel as though we were a burden and annoying for trying to order food or drinks. I also found multiple long hairs tightly wrapped within my sushi rolls. Will NEVER eat here again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Down right despicable service and food."

"The location was great and the food was tasty. However, we arrived early for a 1:00pm reservation and then waited for our food for over an hour. About 40 minutes in, the waitress came and said the kitchen was overwhelmed and that our order would be up soon. We asked her how long and she said another 15 minutes . We waited for nearly another 30 minutes for our lunch. The manager apologized but barely made any effort to soften the blow. They could have at least sent something complimentary to the table while we were waiting or comped part of our bill. We were completely unimpressed and won 't go back."
