"Been going here for years. Always a wait and we'll worth it. This time, no wait as the place was basically empty. Floors filthy. Our waiter had to be asked for kids drinks and water refills repeatedly. Bill was wrong, it took 3 tries to get it correct. All our food was cold and came out in about 20-minute intervals. Asked for the manager, he basically said the waiter is new and no other complaints from others....well, the place was pretty bare of customers, and obviously, for good reason. This location has always been our favorite. We will now go elsewhere."
