"I purchased a 10.585 lb ham today for $9.59 per pound on December 10, 2022, around 3:30 PM. Unfortunately, the clerk did not provide a receipt, claiming the tape was out, nor did he give us a verbal total. My husband paid with our debit card and didn’t see the amount displayed on the screen. When we got home, I asked him how much the ham cost, and he said he didn’t know. I checked our online bank account and was shocked to find that we had been charged $203.02! My husband suspected that the clerk may have scanned the item twice, as the price on the ham was labeled at $101.51, which would explain the total of $203.02 if it was indeed charged twice. We were charged twice! The store is closed tomorrow, and we won’t be able to go back for over a week. I plan to call on Monday morning in hopes of resolving this issue. The lack of a receipt and the double charge indicate very poor customer service. After this experience, I'm not looking forward to eating the ham at all."
