"I ordered a buffalo chicken hoagie, but they mistakenly made it with beef instead. When I called to address the issue, the staff member insisted that she had made the hoagie correctly, stating that it was chicken. I’m not trying to call her a liar, but what I received is clearly a buffalo cheesesteak. Who should I believe: her or my own eyes? Additionally, the fries were soggy. They did offer to replace my order, but it would require a 30-minute drive to rectify their mistake."
