"As soon as we entered, we were stared at but not greeted. The host/server, who was wearing a pink shirt on Saturday, December 11, attempted to seat us at a table for four, even though there were five of us. When we requested to sit at a boat table, she said no and insisted on seating us at the same table. Eventually, she did accommodate us at the boat table.
When she returned to our table, I was caught off guard when she asked if we were ready to order, but before I could respond, she walked away. We waited about six minutes, during which she cleaned and attended to other tables but never came back to check on us. Frustrated, we decided to leave.
The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. When we walked out, another employee at the checkout said, "byeeeee" in a dismissive tone, which was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all! It’s certainly not worth spending your money here. I would give them zero stars if I could, but since I have to select at least one, that's why I’m giving them one star."
