"When our food arrived, we found a hair in the pancakes. We decided to leave it there to show the server exactly where it was. However, when we brought it to her attention, she rudely took the plate away. Another waiter, who later introduced himself as the owner, came over and asked us where the hair was. We explained that we had pulled it out to show him, but he insisted he couldn't see any hair and accused us of lying.
At that point, we just wanted our bill and to leave. The waiter told us that wouldn't be possible for a while, and we were puzzled as to why it was taking so long, but we chose to wait. Then the owner approached us and made it clear that she didn’t want us there. We said that was fine, but we just needed to settle the bill and go. Instead, she told us to leave because we were being rude! We cautiously mentioned the hair incident, and it was obvious they were aware of it. One of the waiters even followed us outside, demanding our names and payment as if we were trying to skip out on the bill!
This was an extremely unsettling experience, and we will certainly not be returning."
