"For the main course, the lamb was cooked perfectly and beautifully seasoned, paired with a delicious bean dish that was impressive in its simplicity. The beef Stroganoff was fantastic, served in a traditional manner with rustic potatoes instead of pasta. The mushrooms added a wonderful depth to the dish.
The highlight of our meal was the coq au vin, which was the star dish at our table. The dough used for the chicken was excellent—earthy and beautifully crimped with a light, crispy texture. It was by far the best “ride” chicken we’ve ever tasted. The accompanying red wine sauce had deep aromas that really enhanced the dish.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, contributing to an excellent overall experience. The restaurant’s interior had a charming mountain lodge vibe, and the live music added a lovely touch without being intrusive. We will definitely be returning!"
