"The food was excellent, but we experienced very poor service during our visit on the fourth weekend. It seems that more staff is needed, as we had to get our own coffee cups and silverware because the overwhelmed waitress couldn't keep up. We chose the buffet instead of ordering, as it would have taken a long time to receive our food. I recommend hiring more cooks, waitstaff, dishwashers, and table cleaners. This isn't the first time I've encountered these issues during a fourth weekend visit. If I were a tourist, I wouldn't want to return. Please consider the importance of retaining returning customers."
