"When I arrived at the restaurant to return the food, the doors were locked, but a kind gentleman let me in and tried to process the refund. Unfortunately, he seemed unsure of how to handle it and asked a coworker for assistance. This is when I encountered the young woman, who turned out to be the daughter of the person who had yelled at me earlier. Both she and her mother verbally harassed me, and I was ultimately chased out of the building and physically confronted by the daughter.
It’s one thing to receive undercooked food, but to be subjected to such unprofessional treatment and abuse as a customer is unacceptable. I called the restaurant in a friendly manner, hoping to resolve the issue, and previously, I had enjoyed dining there with my family for breakfast without any problems. However, the takeout service has been unreliable, and I hadn’t addressed it until now.
Will I return? Absolutely not. I wish them the best, but I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience."
