"Well I made the reservation on open table for inside seating as it was well over 80* outside and muggy. When we arrived I told them we had made a reservation through Open Table for inside and the hostess and manager both asked how long ago I had made it. I told them that I made it roughly 30-45 min before we arrived. They both told me that it didn't show up, I then showed them the verification on my phone and they still didn't honor it, and we had to sit outside when I could clearly see two to three table open inside. Luckily we were sat in front of a fan, we had a great server, and the food was good because the initial service from the manager and hostess was not enjoyable."
