"The chocolate marshmallow was a complete disappointment. Instead of being a smooth, melted marshmallow swirl like you'd find at any other restaurant, it was just mini marshmallows. This resulted in an unpleasant, spongy texture that didn't complement the ice cream at all. Additionally, one of the other ice creams we ordered was completely different from what we requested, and we received no explanation for the mix-up."
