"We have been loyal customers of Herencia (and Mi Chula) for a long time and have recommended your restaurant to many others. However, during our last two visits, we've encountered an issue that concerns us. Due to COVID-19 precautions—especially since our daughter has a two-year-old and is pregnant—we specifically inquired about dining on the terrace ahead of time. Each time, we were told the terrace was open, but upon our arrival, we discovered it was actually closed. This lack of consistency has made us lose confidence in being able to enjoy the terrace at one of our favorite restaurants, especially when we've expressed our preference beforehand. We kindly ask that you improve your communication. If the terrace is closed or likely to be closed, please inform us in advance."

"We really enjoyed our breakfast here. Compared to the rest of Las Vegas food, a giant ham steak and eggs breakfast is a bargain at $14.95 and it was great! I am still trying to figure out what that sourdough toast was, it was some,of the best I have eaten. We did arrive later in the morning, but service was fast and very friendly. Of all the meals we had in LV this was definitely at the top for taste and value."

"First time to this restaurant and the experience surpassed our expectations. Great service from Alex and his staff, delicious, plentiful appetizers and entrees with a delicious dessert menu. Our only disappointment was we ordered two pitchers of Cadillac Margaritas on the rocks. Both pitchers were light on the tequila, even my wife who doesn’t drink much didn’t feel any buzz. Maybe we will just order individual drinks versus pitchers. All in all, very good dining experience and we’ll definitely be back"

"Excellent food and service. Atmosphere was fair as we had a high table that bordered common area outside the restaurant. A half wall with clear glass at top did little to make us feel we weren’t part of the crowd passing by. Or on display to the crowds. After we were seated, two long tables arrived and were seated right next to us. They were on a Vegas food tour. They were crowded right up against us and the server loudly detailed the drink and food items each time they were brought to the table (basically low level shouting so entire table could hear which was very disruptive to our experience . At the point we realized he would be doing this more than once we really would’ve preferred a different table (restaurant wasn’t full but we were already into our tapas. We would not sit in that area of restaurant next time… felt like we were eating in a mall food court. We would return for the shrimp, the chorizo, the potatoes in chili sauce, spring green salad and the chicken on puréed garlic with peppers. (I don’t have access do menu atm for the dish names."

"We came here for the Thanksgiving Day buffet, after previously doing a Sunday Brunch here. The weather was nice, and they have a nice outdoor patio. We really liked the Sunday Brunch, and on Thanksgiving Day they had the usual turkey and stuffing, but also retained some of their Mexican specialties, which we appreciated. Great service from Cielo, and Yadira. Our champagne, and water glasses were never empty. One more instance of great service. We just happened to mention that we missed the churros from the regular Sunday Brunch on the Thanksgiving spread. No problem our serves said. We'll make you some. About 15 minutes later they presented a plate full of warm churros, and ice cream. They really pay attention here, and are really looking to make your visit a great experience."

"I feel like it should have been better. We were able to park easily in front, get a table, have terrific service all good things right? The menu had several options for vegans/vegetarians. The guacamole was good, not great. I had fajitas, and I think my portion was enough for people so it was wasteful. It was and too large for one person so i did not feel it was a good value for me, since I did not share this dish. The rice, beans on side were small in comparison. I am sorry to say that even though my dish had vegan chicken, i did not like it. It was strange that a place with a good happy hour would be quiet on Friday night but it was. I think the food is not exceptional, and after my experience here I would probably only consider going back if i wanted to meet friends for happy hour and be sure to get a seat. I think they need to work on the menu."

"We visited this restaurant on a Sunday and were surprised to find a brunch set-up, which we decided to try. Unfortunately, the food at the brunch was not the best as much of it seemed to have been sitting out for a while or needed to be replenished. The brunch included a small salad bar, omelette station, dessert bar, and one soup, along with the usual Mexican food options. There was also bottomless mimosas and sparkling wine available. Despite the food not being the best, it was filling and our waitress provided excellent service. The restaurant also had multiple TVs, which was great for us football fans. I would visit again, but would skip the buffet and order something made to order instead."

"I visited Cubans on the Run to try their renowned Cuban sandwich, which I had on sweet bread, turning it into a "midnight" sandwich. It featured rich roast pork, melted cheese, and toasted bread. However, the star of the meal was undoubtedly the fried pork (masitas de puerco). It was the most flavorful dish I experienced during my entire visit to Orlando. The sautéed onions and garlic really set it apart. I loved mixing the beans with the rice; it was so tasty! At first, I thought the fried pork was one of the warm dishes on display when you enter, which also looked tempting. But, the fried pork is actually listed on the menu and made fresh to order. It was quite filling with a generous portion. We also sampled a few fried snacks: a beef empanada, papa rellena, and a chicken croquette. The beef empanada was fantastic—very savory, and I could have easily eaten four of them. The other two fried items were decent but probably wouldn't choose them again."

"Long story short this place is okay. The shard of glass in one of my tacos is not reason for the poor review. I ordered the three vegetarian tacos with vegan pico de gallo for about 16 dollars (as of 08/04/2024 . And of course expectations are always low going into a restaurant that is not strictly vegan/vegetarian. I managed to finish one of the three tacos before my tortillas got cold and I was starting to feel full (had eaten prior to stepping into this establishment . So, I decided to take the other two home. To my shock (laughing about it still , I find a shard of glass [as depicted in my palm] in one of the tacos. You can imagine I didn't feel guilty about designating just how mediocre the tacos tasted following the hard crunch against my teeth. (Safety first!! On that particular night where my table dined in, we heard glass shatter on TWO separate occasions from the bar/kitchen area so that may tell you why there was glass in my food. I am not upset. It's not like it was intentional. Would not come back because of the mediocre taste and lackluster ambiance. There is no charm to slapping preprocessed vegan cheese (like the non-vegan version of Kraft shredded cheese onto dry, flavorless corn tortillas that cost about 5.50 per taco. I do believe I saw the owner walking around with a red glittery heart on her back. If she is the owner, I appeciate the sentiment of her being out on the floor helping around. In short, as a vegetarian/vegan, save yourself the money and go somewhere else. There are so many better options out there."

"I feel bad leaving such a low review but it's deserving. My friend and I went to get tacos and mangonadas. I ordered 3 chicken tacos and she got the birra tacos. The mangonadas are amazing worth the trip itself. They load them up with Mexican candy and they're huge drinks you can split one and stil not finish it. The tacos came out and instead of chicken they made me 2 beef tacos, 1 chicken. I didn't complain because I was hungry but when I took my first bite, I thought there's no way... then I took another and yep. NO flavor no seasoning. It was horrible. My friends birra tacos weren't any better they needed salt and some seasoning just so bland. We didn't feel like complaining because it took a bit to get the food. So we just loaded up on the mangonada and ate what we could of what we had. Unfortunately, I would not go for the food here. I'd get the Mexican candy and or the drinks only."

"As an Uber Eats delivery courier, I wanted to share my experience at this restaurant. The woman at the register was very friendly, which I really appreciated. However, the wait for the pickup was quite long. I don't mind waiting as long as the staff keeps me informed and explains any delays politely. Rude staff can really lead me to consider canceling an order. While I feel for the customer in those situations, I won’t tolerate poor treatment."

However, it feels somewhat corporate, as if they're focused on quickly moving customers through like a food factory to maximize profits. "Somewhat off the beaten path from downtown Easton, but worth the trip. The service is great. The atmosphere is on the modern side with interesting artwork. We had the shrimp tacos (a little on the spicy side), French fries are really hand cut fries, rice and bean (large sharing size) and more. Large portions, high quality food and extremely reasonably priced. Bonus BYOB, including tequila for your house made margaritas. We'll be back."

"I planned a dinner for my fiancé birthday with family and friends and it was absolutely amazing. The food was good and pipping hot just the way I like it. We have been to the Diablo’s Cantina in Vegas but here the menu is much smaller but still worth it. We will be back again. The only that I didn’t enjoy is asking for more shrimp for the shrimp nachos. The shrimp was a few pieces cut up and not worth paying the extra $14 to add. The waitress bought me more shrimp at mo extra charge and has a very pleasant attitude about it. Diablo’s Cantina… you’ll see ya again!"

"We visited this place with friends after a concert, and I really appreciate that it functions as both a bar and a restaurant. They serve food late into the night, and it’s absolutely delicious—something that very few places do. Everything is packed with flavor; my must-tries are the corn, loaded nachos, and wings (hands down the best wings I’ve ever tasted, and I consider myself a foodie). Another great aspect is the lively music, which adds to the fun atmosphere and attracts a cool crowd. I highly recommend it!"

"The workers here are so kind. Today, my roommate and I were walking in Hollywood and were being followed for a few blocks by a creepy guy. They were very quick to respond and help us find a safe place to stay while waiting for the guy to leave the area. Unfortunately, the guy did not leave and kept waiting outside for us but Jessica (one of the servers) showed us a safe place to exit from and it definitely made the experience feel much better. We are very grateful and will definitely be returning here for a meal."
