"I understand that everyone is trying to make extra money during the Thanksgiving holiday, but quoting one price over the phone and then giving a different price just 15 minutes later is completely dishonest. The order I placed felt unplanned, as if I had to accept whatever was available. I called multiple times, and each time the price changed again within 30 minutes, which was frustrating. I realize I ordered Thanksgiving food at the last minute, but if you quote a price, you should stick to it. Additionally, I selected cornbread as a side after placing my order, which was not what I intended. I’m not trying to make a fuss, but I wanted to share my experience from yesterday. I typically enjoy getting the Ruck Chicken from your restaurant, but yesterday's visit was quite unpleasant. I have great respect for small businesses and understand how challenging things can be right now, but the behavior of the staff in the store yesterday was unacceptable."
